What they needed
Siteset had worked for the car care brand Armor All since this iconic US brand had, with Siteset’s encouragement, first dipped its corporate toe into online waters in the UK. When Armor All's new owner (Clorox) became responsible for the entire European presence of the equally iconic STP motor oil additive brand, Siteset was asked to deliver an online celebration of the brand’s 50th anniversary.
What we did
We developed and delivered a complex multi-lingual CMS system across 18 countries that allowed STP customers throughout Europe to engage in an on-line competition for several months, with regular prizes of boats, bikes and jet skis among other lifestyle items.
What they got
The system that we built not only ran the entire multi-lingual management and registration system for the competition but even selected the winners and managed and executed the regular email communication to all registered users resulting in a prolonged brand engagement with tens of thousands STP customers for the entire length of the promotion.
