Siteset Digital achieves quality standard

We are delighted that we have achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, which recognises our continued commitment to exceptional quality of service.

This specifically recognises our dedication to quality of service for our clients, including St. James’s Place Wealth Management for whom we manage the UK’s largest online portfolio of websites, nearly 2,000 in total.

Managing Director Peter Sheppard said: “We are very proud to have achieved certification, which only three per cent of UK businesses hold.

“The process was remarkably straightforward because we already had high-quality systems and processes in place for our work with clients, but having the ‘official stamp’ which represents the benchmark for quality is very pleasing.”

We will be celebrating our 20th year in the online industry this autumn and recently moved into new and bigger offices in Moorbridge Court. We are proud to be a full service digital agency that continue to help our clients to understand the digital space and create and manage high-performing online assets for them. We have expanded our range of products and services in the last year to include a client interaction platform, Fusion, a powerful document builder which sits behind a web page or portal and enables the shared creation of documents and forms between an organisation and its clients.
